Excellent help! Every morning, I woke due to my husband's persistent cough—he's a seasoned smoker and allergic to house dust (I clean several times daily). NAC became our salvation. Good for asthma. My daughter suffered from chronic asthma and had been admitted to NICU several times. After hearing about orthomolecular practices, I decided to try this protocol. This is a remarkable ACC! Suffering from chronic bronchitis, I didn't take any hot injections or antibiotics. From the very first pill, my phlegm began to liquefy and was expelled easily. My temperature also improved significantly. Drinking plenty of water has helped drain the phlegm more effectively. Additionally, my cholecystitis symptoms have eased, and heartburn has reduced. I'm a fan of NAC, especially as it contains selenium. My husband had chronic sinusitis and was plagued by chronic mucus in his throat, which completely resolved after using NAC. I find it very beneficial for throat and nasal issues. Just a note that when using NAC daily, you should also take Boron, as it might increase your body's need for it.
